Hunting by reservation or feel free to hunt?

Where I hunted for elk last year was all free to hunt now this year it's all hunting by reservation only what's this about?? Any one know? I guess my real question is why would they change it!?

could be too many people showed up, maybe he has some rules he wants folks to follow, maybe he or his family have a hunt planned. There are a million reasons.

Could be trash left behind or destroying the property.  Ask the owners, all we can do is speculate.

Its private property so the landowners could deny you all together  :dunno: They changed their minds, perhaps the piece was too small for the numbers hunting and HBR suites them better as it only allows a certain number of people at a time on the place still allowing access to hunting ... it could be better hunting overall  :tup:
