Has anybody fished the north jetty off cape disappointment in October for silvers?  Never fished it this late and looking for input.  Thanks.

Never tried it but it seems kinda late. Maybe give the Westport marina a try off the slips for silvers.

go for it.  The silvers are still out there and have not really showed up so they are still there.  just remember that they are smaller than normal.
