Maybe it's time for the black, unmarked van to drop off a few "slightly oversized" coyotes in Kirkland. ;)

Im betting Chandler doesn't live in E King Co. I know of 2 coyote dens just NE of where this happened. There were also a few reports back in Jan about coyotes in the Kirkland, Bothell, Kenmore area snatching pets.

I saw a BIG Coyote several years ago walking down the middle of NE8TH just off 405. Thought the 5lanes of road were for him!
