hi my name is mark I was born and raised in the Okanogan. I have moved to the Westside for work but recently went and visited my hometown for time since the devastating fires that had gutted the mule deer winter range that I grew up around. I was raised close to the pouge mountain range and would watch mule deer pour into there after a good snow. I understand there is already a group on here taking donations that is great and well needed. my opinion differs from there's, the plan they have is a great plan working on the reestablishment of bitter brush. the winters in that area haven't been that bad in the last five years actually have been super easy on the deer but living there my whole life I have been threw winters with 2 feet of snow in the valleys my question is what are these deer going to eat then. I have a good reputation with the land owners in the area that would gladly put out round bales of hay for the deer. I will be making phone calls this week to set things up with the land owners and people to haul hay as well as places to get hay if there is anybody out there that would love to help feel free to call 5093228458
