buffalo rugs/euro-mount

I am still looking for a reputable taxidermist in WA., Idaho or Montana that can do a buffalo rug and or a euro mount of the skull.  Especially interested in the rug.  I did find a guy in SD but that is a far ride.  Any ideas that I can check up on would be much appreciated.  Any ideas on making a hide into leather?  Thanks for your interest.
