I liked the sunshine and the lack of wind today as well , we called in two and and my son Jared took one out on some ice when it was crossing,The other never would commit. Kinda cold though. That full moon last night had them bedding early.

they were bedding on south hills, were the snow had melted, worked well to my advantage pulling them off their beds for an easy snack..The mulies were damn near harassing my hunt, lol great day

Good shooting!
Is ammunition for that rifle still hard to find?

Nice!  Only ever hunted for them one time.  Did u use an electronic caller or a mouth call?  Oh, when i was hunting spring turkey i saw a yote come in to about 200 yards when i was clucking and purring on my mouth call.  That was cool.

Is a .308 or 7.62x39 too big for coyotes?

Good job and great pic!

only hand made calls,I got rid of the electrics,it took the fun out of it for me..As far as guns use what ever you like,if your putting up fur you will want to use a fur friendly caliber,I like .17s 22 mag ,but I use these for calling and close..I use a .243 .58 grain for distance
