Bolt handle replacement

I've got a project rifle I want to get going. it's a Mannlicher Schoenauer 1903 in 6.5 x 54 MS. I want to replace the military style bolt handle with a butter knife handle. Any recommendations on a gunsmith that can do this? Is it a big job? Any info would be appreciated.

It is not big deal.  They can either order a bolt handle or make one to your specs.
