The dreaded backyard snow melt has started
« on: February 07, 2016, 03:35:27 PM »
Ok, only those of you who have large breed dogs (in my case more than one) with winter snow cover on the grass will understand. A price those of us pay for having bird dogs. Garbage bag must have weighed 50 pounds today. And I thought I had been doing a good job of "keeping up" this winter. Sorry, I  couldn't resist doing at least one crappy post.

On the wet side it just dissolves as winter rains along.  :chuckle:

If it's any consolation, I've been out in the yard in my t-shirt off and on the last 2 days  8)

...longer days, nicer weather, I'm a tad less suicidal  8)

I probably have 2 more months before we can begin to do spring pick up.  Thank God for the front end loader. On a related subject, did you know a snow blower can blow more than just snow!
