Who ever got the conflict reduction goat tag?

Been search all over online. I know there weren't a lot of tags so I'm wondering if they just went to tag soup. But IDE have been pretty happy to get ahold of one of those penninsula conflict tags. Anyone hear or know of anyone that got one of the tags? Man I'd sure like to see if it was successful.
