multi elk and quality elk

So I bought my multi elk and want to put in for quality elk tags.
they still only give 2 Q elk choices is this correct or did I do something wrong?

Yes only 2 quality still. But you can put in one rifle and one archery if you want

It's a great deal. Just think of it this way: for $180 you get to submit TWO quality choices.

Yeah I guess, don't think I would  have paid for it if I'd of knowing that ahead of time. Should have done a little research .

Glad I didn't pay for the multi deer tag
