During muzzie specific seasons - no. 

Sights cannot contain glass, pg 85 from the reg book under muzzleloader regulations.

During modern firearm season if using a muzzie, it would be okay.

OK thanks that is what I wanted to know. Oh well I guess. It was too darn expensive anyway.
