Skagit archery elk

Planning to do some archery elk this year. Wondering if the Skagit river area is good. First time hunter here in Western Washington.

It's a draw only unit.

For just elk or everything?

Just for elk.  There is deer hunting in the area.  If you are on Weyerhaeuser land you will need the pass.  Most odds the area is gated but there is early and late archery deer season.

Speaking of the weyerhaeuser land I actually got a pass for all year in that area. Maybe ill do some early archery and late archery for deer up there.
