Got a solicitation from environmental group asking for comments for the new Colville Nat. Forest to expand wilderness areas.  Didn't know much about it but here is more info.

Only Congress can create/expand wilderness areas. The Colville NF can recommend areas for wilderness classification but until a bill passes Congress it wont happen.
