Funny how sometimes magic occurs and the deer all decide at once to go out and show off for humans. Then poof! - gone, like it never happened. I've seen three does in the last day. One walked up the street this evening in front of our house with cars driving right by it. Yesterday afternoon, I had a doe walk right past me at 15 yards out in the woods while I was swinging a machete doing brush work. She just completely ignored me until I turned to watch her. She quickened her pace for about four steps then reverted back to a slow walk. .......But put a gun in my hand - Poof! No deer anywhere!
