Here we go, smoking up some beef ribs on the WSM. A whole chicken will go on in 31/2 hours,  Can't wait

I did 15 lbs. of CostCo beef country style back in May on my WSM and they were the hit of the family BBQ.  I did my first brisket  (over 20 yrs with the WSM) and it turned out just like in the book. Excellent if I do pat myself on the back!

Enjoy your ribs and chicken.  Can I show up and give her the old taste test??  :)

IMO hard to beat a WSM.

Sorry, no pics but turned out great and the chicken was juicy and smokey. Hickory is my new favorite wood for all meats.
