Day to weekend pack
« on: August 16, 2016, 10:29:10 PM »
Hello.

I'm looking to get a new pack for bow hunting. It's primarily going to be for day trips but if I can eek out an overnight/weekend in it that's a bonus. I also want to be able to haul out meat.

I've got some Cabelas gift cards to burn so I'm really only looking at options there.

Here's my list (in no particular order)

Badlands 2200
Badlands sacrifice
Cabelas instinct fast tracker 63L
Tenzing TZ 3000
Sitka flash 20 pack
Eberlestock team elk pack

Looking for some feedback to narrow it down. Pros/Cons? Likes/Dislikes?

Thanks in advance.

The new alps xtreme line is imho just a nice, and a few bucks cheaper then most of those. Had I not scabbed a deal on a horn hunter full curl I would have went that route. Best bet is to try em all on with some weight to see what is comfortable. None of the packs you have listed are junk.
