I bought the Sig Kilo 2000 from Cabela's. I had a 'Friends and Family' discount and it came out to $461 with tax. I've ranged deer at over a 1000 yards this weekend up at St Helen's and got a slash pile across the canyon at 2200 yards. I can't see getting anything else. It's clear, easy to read, easier functions than some of the more advanced ones but you can put it into different modes that get more complicated. Love mine.
I need a friends and family discount.

I finally made it up to cabelas to compare. I ended up looking at the Leica, Sig, and the Vortex 1500.
I like the Sig. It seemed to range quicker and I like the readout.  Also like the fit in my hand.
If anyone sees a good deal let me know. Best I've seen online is from tactical wholesalers. Anyone ever bought from them?
$399 plus shipping.

Found one for $429 shipped. Can't wait to get the Kilo out in the field.

Does anyone use the sidewinder tether system? I'd like to have something for archery that allows me quicker access.

If you don't like it, I will buy it off you for $250.   :chuckle: :chuckle:  Joking aside, if you like it half as much as I like mine....you will never regret that purchase.
