Can one archery hunt during muzzleloader season with a bow ? I cant seem to find anything in the regs besides ot saying the firearm has to meet the legal muzzleloading criteria .

Yes you can. It's highlighted in red on the muzzle loader section in the regs

It you have a muzzleloader tag, you can hunt with a bow or muzzleloader during muzzleloader season.
