« on: September 03, 2016, 05:10:38 PM »
I ran into this guy with my 2.5 year old at about 15 yards last week.  Got some pictures of him.  How big do you guys think he is?

It's little brother came in tonight.  Had it pinned at 15 yards. To small to shoot.  It got my blood flowing though.  Hearing a bear come in when your on the ground and have a 12rd square opening will do it.

I'd call that a sow. Big ass and a long narrow nose.
Doesn't make it a bad bear.

Ya it could be the mom of the bear I ran into tonight.  It was about 125-150 pound bear.  The one in the picture does look like a sow.  Still a big mama.  She took out the neighbors dog.
