Idaho Unit 28 Panther Creek Drainage

My brother was elk hunting this unit and said there were a number of WA vehicles with horse trailers in that unit. Just wondering if anyone here on Hunt WA was one of them. I spent many summers working on a ranch in that unit, just wondering if you had any luck. They shot a small buck. Said the wolves killed an Angus cow right in the road one night. He took photos and said it appeared the wolves just at the anus and some guts and hardly touched anything else.
