To add. I did the test 5 years ago. Honestly dont remember much from it. I wanted to do it again since i got a good goose field to hunt in the 2 unit. One thing i dont know, is the test yearly or one and done?

Its a one and done, unless you shoot the protected dusky. Then your permit it taken away and you have to redo the test for the next season.

As long as you can still identify a dusky your fine.

The joint videos from ODFW/WDFW are still online. Not the best, but it will give you the refresher you are looking for. It is in 7 parts on youtube, here is part 1.

I think all the online stuff got put on hold after the security breach that Oregon , Washington and Idaho had to there systems.

If you have an Oregon wild ID you can take the online test through ODFW and get reciprocity for Washington.

As long as you can still identify a dusky your fine.

No longer one and done.
You cannot shoot any duskys.
If you do, you lose your goose card and get a fed. citation.
Duskys are off limits.
It's not true that I am good for nothing---I can be used as a bad example!!

I was saying one and done about the test. You don't have to take the test every year.
