Pay attention, our friends in El Salvador are issuing negative reports from all over central and south America.

Just curious, do you have a connection to the Antarctic Program?  Cool reference to Punta Arenas, I know a bunch who have gone south with the polar research groups.  Your trip sounds awesome, anxious to follow along vicariously.
As long as we have the habitat, we can argue forever about who gets to kill what and when.  No habitat = no game.

No connection to the program, but on another note, trip blog is up and running for anyone that wants to follow but doesn't do social media

Made it aguas calientes and spent 3 days. Hot springs, thanksgiving feast and Machu Picchu. Climbed Machu Picchu mountain and finally headed back to Cusco today.
