« on: October 29, 2016, 09:05:30 AM »
On a face to face transfer at an ffl do they charge sales tax on the firearm based on the agreed upon price? I know out of state transfers on gunbroker they do but have not done an in state ftf transfer.

Some shops will charge you sales tax on the transfer fee, but most won't charge for the sale price since it's a privet party transaction in the state of WA.
