Coyote partner west side
« on: November 06, 2016, 09:13:56 PM »
OK so with deer season winding down and coyote season ramping up I'm looking for a new coyote hunting partner. The few guys I hunt with either have no intrest, have kids,  or can't sit longer than 10 min.    :bash:

So I hunt the west side  south king, peirce county  I usually hunt a small farm but that not possible this year, I have the kapowsin permit aswell and plan on hitting that area up a lot. I do travel to Wenatchee but tend to less in the winter due to the pass and all the idiots

For interested party's lol. I have a ground blind . Remote caller, night vision monocular, I hunt with either a 22lr a 556 ar sighted to 100 to 400 yards and or a 243 that I use for 100 to 800 yards

I like hunting but I'm not the serious guy that will get pi#$ed and throw his gun if a yote is scared and run or we miss the shot (been down that road with a few guys)

I plan on getting into hunting coyotes this offseason, I'm new to coyote hunting love to tag along once I can get my 222 or 243 out here. I only brought my 30-06 with me and that'd be a little overkill. I had planned on hunting around the various ranges of JBLM (didn't buy any play to play permits) but I'm willing to drive anywhere reasonable.

There is great coyote hunting on JBLM, no need to go anywhere.

I'm relatively new to hunting but would be down. I have a sig m716 I would use. I want to learn as much as I can. I understand if you prefer someone with more experience or a lower cal rifle.

Never hunted JBLM  wouldn't even know where to go there lol.  I'm going to check some spots out this weekend down in hancock or the greenwater area  maybe throw my call out for a bit  I think a few more weeks and there pelts will be a lot better looking.  Got one the other day it was still a bit raggedy.   I don't know too many areas over here that have good open areas to hunt them in
