Shout out to Badlands warrenty and Customer service.
« on: November 07, 2016, 07:00:19 PM »
I had an older Badlands 2200 that needed some repairs. Contacted the customer service dept. at Badlands explained the history of my pack with it's needed repairs. Sent it in... They did and outstanding job standing behind their warranty.
If your looking for a pack I would recommend taking a look at their 2200's

I sent one in for repair.  It was repair and returned including the 2 knives I had failed to remove before sending.
Economy failure = Too many people spending money they don't have on things they don't need to impress people they don't like.

Any idea if the warranty covers the zippers? I used mine as a rest for my AR on a moving yote and ddnt get the barrel far enough out past the pack and the flash and or bullet split the zipper in two :bash:

I just had a 10 year old 2200 repaired, fixed a hole some rips inside pockets, and fixed zipper and replaced a zipper pull👍
