Leupold bino return

Sent my binos in for moisture in the right  reticle.
This was on a set of wind river Olympics. Granted it was during
3 days of deluge rain in oct. sent them in and they responded back today mentioning about 24 days to process.( longer if custom work is needed). Curious to see how the warranty works out.

Well that didn't take long. Got an email 2 days ago. Reading...... your order will
Be processed within 24 days. Well today I had a brand new pair of binos  in the mail box. Dang!!!!
Guess I've never had that much faith in a warranty before.

I'll have to say these were 10 ish yr old optics well used. Still can't believe it

Have only had a few issues with there optics an there warranty / customer service has yet to disappoint
