You might want to check the caps... many of the caps have gone back to "re-enactment" caps.

The German RWS Dynimit Noble caps remain the hot caps...
Keep shooting muzzleloaders - They are a blast!!

Does anyone know where the German RWS Dynimit Noble caps No. 1081 can be purchased off the shelf? I do not need 1000 caps nor do I want to pay haz. shipping fee. I just need a couple hundred. I have CCI 301 Musket Caps , MULTIPLE USE, but have not read good things about them.

Thanks

Another cap that we have tested recently with great results is the Schuetzen caps. We actually had a customer refer us to them, and they have done well so far.

I've got both the Germans and the cci, I like the cci caps, they stay on my nipple much better than the Germans.  So you guys are saying the cci's have changed?  I haven't bought caps in a couple years.

Just check the lid on the can for the term 're-enactment'

No matter the German man caps are available and Schuetzen caps from Myrtle Creek Inc. are out there which are really decent also..

Still why fight just switch to #11 Mags or better yet RWS 1075 plus caps.

Keep shooting muzzleloaders - They are a blast!!
