Planning for next year

So for sometime now I have been wanting to take advantage of Idaho's nonresident disabled veterans reduced fees program.
can the good folks here give me some advice on where in the panhandle area would be a good place to hunt, where maybe I can set up camp. I plan on making a trip out there in the spring or early summer to do some scouting.
