Jakelands 2016-17 season

Finally got some cat cages out a couple days ago and added some beaver and mink cages out too

And a good size beaver


Got my work cut out tonight!

I think I'm going to throw some cages out this weekend if I have time. All these pictures of everybody getting fur is making me jealous. I have no bait ready for cat trapping either so all the more reason to get out and trap.

That beaver was at 3500 ft elevation nice and thick and dark

Curious to know what you are using for bait for the fox? I know of some in my area and would love to trap one or two as well. Any pictures of how you wrap up your cat baits?

For fox I'm using some with beaver and some with duck carcasses but I'm just catching cats so far so this weekend I'm going to head up even higher to where maybe the cats won't be
Last year I had some fox digging and terrorizing my cages so I don't know how many but I have pics of 2 different fox from my trail cameras in one area last year
 I'll take some pics tonight on how I wrap the bait
