That turkey was released by the WDFW ..The M in the number stands for Merriam.  I will contact a buddy of mine and see when it was released and where...The last turkey release was over 5 years ago I believe in that area...Can you be more specific at the location you shot it in GMU 121?  That would be interesting...a legal description would suffice.

SHOT THE BIRD ON THE ADDY-CADONA ROAD. 1ST DAIRY ON LEFT COMING FROM HWY 25. THAT IS MY UNCLES FARM, WHAT DOSEN'T MAKE SENCE IS THAT THEY CATCH THEM THERE THEN RELOCATED SOMEWHERE ELSE. DO YOU NO WHERE IM TALKING ABOUT YELP
