RIP Ken Payne

I just learned that Longstanding WSTA member Ken Payne passed away on February 7th. Ken was a generous supporter of WSTA and a past Trapper Education Instructor.
Ken was:
President, Vietnam Veterans in Canada
 Life Member, UDT-SEAL Association, Inc.
 Life Member, Vietnam Veterans in Canada
 Life Member, Vietnam Veterans of America
 Life Member, Veterans of Foreign Wars
 Life Member, US Navy Seabee Veterans of America
 12 Year Member American Legion
Life Member Washington State Trappers Association

It was good knowing you Ken.
