Custom rifle stocks?

I just purchased a used Weatherby Mark V Alaskan. It has been unfired the past 15 years! Wanted some opinions on replacement stocks? It would be nice to find something a bit lighter?
Let me know what you have done and if you feel it has benefitted you.

Have you ever had issues with their drop in full inlet stocks?
