picked up a new toy.

Well i got my latest layaway in my hot little hands, a Winchester model 100 .308 semi auto. It's a neat rifle, seems to function correctly and with a little more range time and ammo I'm thinking this might be my deer rifle next season. the only real thing I think I need is a spare mag and that is more of a want than a need. I'll post some picks later. :)
That which does not kill me should've had a better plan

Nice score! I'm always on the look out for one in 358 Win at a reasonable price. I'll never find that though!

If I see  one in 358 I'll let you know. the shop I frequent has some neat stuff showing up now and again.

Shot my first deer with a Win Model 100 in 308. great all around woods rifle killed many a deer and a couple elk with it as a kid..
congrats on a nice piece of history...
