Yote Scope added to AR

I picked up a Leopold 6.5-20X40mm today...this is my latest toy addition...headed to the Sinlahekin shortly to try it out...

maybe I will have some success photos to add shortly...

I am unsure what type of rifles you have Saylean, but that is a ton of magnification to have mounted that high above your barrel.  You may want to consider swapping that out with another scope with lower magnification, or getting an adjustable stock to get a solid cheek weld and your eye up to the level of the scope.  I would be concerned about eye relief and accuracy and having a solid consistent mount when you bring the rifle up, at anything much higher than that scopes lowest setting.  It may work great for you, that has just been my personal experience.

Forgot to say, it is a kick ass rifle and scope.   :drool:

I got a cheek rest adapter, so my eye is level with the scope.. ;)

It just wasnt on in the pic...

thanks for the tip though tbrad....i do appreciate it. I am definetly still a noob when it comes to AR's. I can use all the help I can get.
