Grouse! (pic heavy)
« on: September 16, 2007, 03:32:14 PM »
A buddy and I headed east for the weekend for a lil Grouse action. We left my place in Seattle on Friday morning, and we hunted Friday evening, Saturday, and this (Sunday) morning. Our total numbers were...we saw 26 Grouse and managed to gun down 11 of them. We (I) only had 3 misses, so we had 12 birds that we didn't even get a shot at. Not bad for a couple days work. Here are some pics.

A couple views we encountered...

Saturday's limit of birds...

And our Elk/Grouse camp...

Thanks guys. It would have been an even better trip if we would have had some rain, but it was still an awesome time.
