I've had a lot of 4 x 4's but my Bronco II of 10 years has beat all of them hands down in the woods - Small turning radius - I have heavy winter tread lugs with studs and I have been in the high country pushing snow with my bumper and not get stuck !! Around 20 mpg. You look around and you can find them for sale for under $2000.00 .

At what point are you really saving money??
To hunt and butcher an animal is to recognize that meat is not some abstract form of protein that springs into existence tightly wrapped in cellophane and styrofoam.

I think the Samuri, tracker, sidekicks are the perfect size for a dedicated  hunting light wheeling exploring rig. These 2 trackers are guys from the club. You can buy them cheap enough and there are some sweet mods that can be done to make them more capable.

In archery we have something like the way of the superior man. When the archer misses the center of the target, he turns round and seeks for the cause of his failure in himself.
