I was just asking because to me it looks pretty much like a guaranteed cow. IF you can draw, which is almost impossible with only 2 tags. My main concern is access to the ranch, as in only certain days allowed on and such.
You shouldn't have an issue with access if you draw
It is winter range, there are a few hundred elk that stay there all winter
