Time for a new sleeping bag

For years I've used a Kelty Chinook, and it's served me well, but, the zipper is starting to go, and while I could fix it, (and I will) I'm using this as an opportunity to get a new bag. The Chinook is just too bulky

I only have about 175$ for a bag, but I'm going after the smallest (when compressed) bag I can find. I'm going fishing in Alaska for the summer and will be on a small boat with 3 others and space is at a premium. I don't care about weight (maybe later on when I go backpacking in the fall) just how small it can compress down.

Ideally I'd like something that is good down to 15-25deg, a good 3 season, possibly a 2 season bag

Any ideas and recommendations?

IMO,  If you are going to be in wet climates like Alaska and Washington you are not going to want a down bag.
I have a Big Agnes Encampment (synthetic) That is rated for 15ﾟ. With a good pad you would be good for lower temps. I don't remember the specs on weight for the bag but it compresses pretty well for a synthetic. I think it was around $200 for the bag in a wide/long, So cheaper if you could fit into a smaller set up. 
I run a q-core slx for a pad and like the combo.
