Need Dummy Rounds

I have a project coming up very soon and I'm looking for someone to reload Some dummy 223 or 5.56 rounds for me. Must be in the Spokane area.
 No powder or primer. One bb inside each and small hole drilled on side of each near the rim. Must be green, military style brass. Would very much like the rounds to be in military nato issue type box.
