I talked to a person at wdfw the he said it will be some time this week.  I hope it's today.  I also asked if things r going smother then years b4 regarding the drawing ie mock drawing and stuff like that. and he said it's going better then he has ever seen and he had been there for 7 years now so it should take less time then normal to have them poasted...
