duck hunting help
« on: October 16, 2007, 02:23:27 PM »
Gents,

The fellas and I are looking for some help in finding an area around lacey/lakewood to duck hunt.  The nisqually is not do able for us.  One guy has a boat but does not like the nisqually or lewis.  Any ideas?
Tell me how many pieces of flair you want me to wear.

If you are willing to drive a little farther, try Monteseano or Elma area off oh hwy 12.

DU has a public property off of Shoenweiss Road exit right off the Montesano Hwy about 3mi. past town. It it popular, but if you can learn it and get there on a weekday, you can do OK. Don't wait until later in the season, this property floods by late November, then it is a boat show.
