I was glad to see day nine, the final day, posted today. These were some of the best videos I've seen on any screen! Way better than the "edited for the 30 minute tv show!"

I agree on the format. I think this is the way of the future for hunting shows. People more and more want the long version, the whole hunt story, not the highly edited for TV version. Definitely makes you feel more involved in the hunt.

Still need to watch day 9 but the format is awesome! His first of the format was his Montana black bear hunt which was just as good. It shows that even without a harvest you can have a great video / show. Both he and Rinella have proved that point time and time again. Also really puts the reality of hunting into perspective.

One thing I kind of enjoyed, was actually the lack of music. So many hunting videos have absolutely ridiculous music blaring. The silence was nice.

I agree, standard format TV is a dead man walking. Great series, it was an incredible hunt and awesome to see every day as opposed to "fast forward four days". I enjoyed seeing how any why they changed tactics and decided to move.

I'm looking forward to seeing the mule deer hunt he did in November with Mike Spitzer and his son.
