There is no attach feature, at least for regular accounts that I know of.

You'd have to host the image on an image hosting site, and then use the [ img][ /img] tags (or insert image button) around the image url for someone to see it via PM.

Probably easiest to send the photo to their email address.

Photobucket or Tapatalk or URL's from other like photo hosting sites is the only way to do it.
