Pud takes over hatcheries

I just read that Douglas County ,Methow valley PUD  took over 4 hatcheries from the state and tribes!  It would seem that PUD didnt like the state firing all the managers who were balking at the stupid way everything the tribes wanted they get.Read about it in the Wenatchee paper.
