They are decent for what they are. Wouldn't recommend them in low light especially on rainy days. I had to pass on bucks on two different low light situations this year and they were less than 90 yards away peaking out of the timber.

We have an 8x42 that lives in the truck.  It will be a servicable binocular for you I think.  I had an 8x56 Docter Nobelim stolen and don't want to lose another expensive binocular, so I got these.  It seems that it is dark here in town when I see some buck I want a better look at, or I am going bird shooting in the early morning and see some game I want a better look at - and they have been fine.

I have a pair of 10x42s that I use quite a bit. For the price point they are great! Let’s be honest we’re not comparing these to Swaros or Leicas. They are durable, well built with a good warranty and when purchased on sale are tough to beat. You’ll be plenty happy with them until you look through something like geovids or swaros but you can buy 10 pairs of these for the price of those. Solid well built binos and they make great truck glass in a few years when you upgrade!

Good for the price in good light. Left a lot to be desired in the early morning low light situations.

I have 10x42 and used them half the summer and all this fall season. I like them.

Love mine.  I have sat in low light, in the rain and watched elk that I couldn't see with the naked eye (ok, I could see their big white butts but that was it).

Go to the store and try them out.  Compare them to other binoculars.  It will always come down to what your eyes appreciate best.

Makes me wonder if there’s something wrong with them. Usually people Love the diamondbacks for the money they pay. Not sure I’ve ever heard someone complain about them.

The fact that you’re saying the Barska’s are better leads me to believe you’re not hoping for swaro quality out of a $150 pair of Bino’s.

They are definitely going back to vortex now since I'm done hunting for the year. Maybe I'll like them better if there is something wrong and they fix it. I spent the whole momtana trip trying to size up deer that my buddy could clearly see see points and detail with his barska. That will.kind of upset a guy lol.
