Winchester .35 Self Loader

Does anyone have any info on this antique? A good friend of mine lost hif father last year and asked me to keep it in my safe so his little bro doesn't touch it. He gave me permission to build a load for this but I am having a few issues finding much on the internet. Any help or direction would be great, Thanks

If you have a supply of brass you should be able to use 9mm cast bullets as they are .354" in diameter and should swage down with out any problems.  If you find they are a little too large to chamber you can lightly roll them betwewn two pieces of thick glass and bring the size down just a little(you might use the same trick with .357 cast bullets also).  The 35SL rifle is very sensitive to the load as far as functioning and the light 9mm bullets might ony function as a single shot.  Load data is listed in COTW.

I've done business with Buffalo Arms for my 351 WSL and my 35 WSL.  They were easy to work with and delivered fast.


I also have the dies for swaging bullets for it...I can make the proper 180 grain bullets OR make any other (within reason) grain weight that you want. Below are some 165s that I made up just for fun.
