Going home to grab the boat and heading to Monroe to launch. I have bait and gear. Side drifting for kings and steelhead. Will fish until probably 7 or so.

It was packed out there this morning. We hooked 6 landed 3. No kings. Didn't see any caught.

We hooked 2 kings and 1 steelhead before 11:00 lots of boats ( and fools )

We were there too. Fished from first light until about 2:00. Killed 4 steelhead and 1 king. Lost a hatchery king at the boat and released a wild steelhead and king along with 2 other fish on for extended period of time without a look, probably kings. Great day.

Yes it was a good opener except for a few idiots that should figure out how to run their new boats before the opener

You guys did way better than I did, fishing alone is 10x the work as having someone else lol. I struggled in every aspect of the day, had 2 bites and no hookups. Wasn’t as good in the afternoon for anyone it sounded like.

Had 3 hookups this morning. Landed 1 king, 1 steelhead. All very early. The people out there are idiots! Nothing like blasting a jet over the holes......
