Shout out to Swaro
« on: June 04, 2018, 09:18:10 AM »
Lost a rubber eyepiece off my binos somehow.  Still bear hunting, just called customer service from a mountain top.  They registered the binos for me, and sending a set of twist-in eyepieces, that should be ready for me when I get home.     The original owner had never registered them.  I found the ad on a big NW fishing forum, at a big discount.
Economy failure = Too many people spending money they don't have on things they don't need to impress people they don't like.

I shipped them my spotter, and binos.  The spotter had a ding on the eyepiece near the glass, and one other minor issue with the extendable shade cover.  My binos they gave them a good cleaning top to bottom.  They fixed everything for free, and paid to ship them back to me.  Grade A service.

Well this is good news, I have to send my eye piece in to get looked at. There's water spots on the inside of the eye piece and I'm still trying to figure out how they got there.

Don't wait too long, cause it takes a few months (2-3) to get them back.
