Caring and cleaning a bow used in the rain
« on: June 08, 2018, 10:54:51 AM »
Probably a stupid question, but seeing how I don't really want to find out the hard way, how impervious to rain are modern compounds?  I was thinking about shooting a 3D course tomorrow and it looks like it will be rather wet.  Do you try to limit the amount of rain and junk that gets on your bow or does it not really matter?  When you get home, what type of care do you give it?

my bow has seen plenty of rain and snow. I just try to wipe it down when I get back to truck, camp or wherever and other then that, its my normal maintenance routine as if it were a sunny day.
