I live just down the road fron this idiot! There was a whole bunch of them caught! The hunting license don't mean crap for people such as this!!!

The lifetime ban makes it a heck of a lot easier to catch him poaching in the future, which could quickly escalate to serious jail time. Pretty good deterrent if that happens.
